Do work worth talking about

You want work where the problems are real, the people know your name, and the fix actually matters to somebody. NSN Management is a Tulsa-owned managed IT team that has looked after local businesses since 2012 — and we hire people who like it that way.

Quick answer: NSN Management is a locally owned managed service provider (MSP) at 2448 E 81st Street, Ste 2775, Tulsa, OK 74137, hiring help desk technicians, systems and network engineers, and field technicians to support Tulsa-metro businesses with 10 or more employees. The team works to the WOW Standard — service worth talking about — across three commitments — Protect, Empower, Support — and was named Kaseya/Datto MSP of the Year 2025 and an Inc. 5000 honoree in 2026. Open roles are listed on this page; to apply or introduce yourself, email careers@nsnmanagement.com.
Why here

What it’s like to work at NSN

Big enough to have real systems and a real stack. Small enough that your work is visible — to clients, and to us. The recognition below is the work you would be joining.

Truly local, since 2012

We are a Tulsa-owned, Tulsa-run team. Our clients are businesses you drive past every day, and the people you help know you by name — you will meet them, not just their ticket.

Small team, real ownership

No layers to disappear behind. You will work the whole problem — help desk, network, Microsoft 365, backup, security — and see it through to a person saying “that fixed it.”

A stack worth learning

Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, WatchGuard, Datto and Kaseya, ThreatLocker, Duo, 3CX, and Lenovo hardware — a deliberately short set of platforms we go deep on, with vendor training behind it.

Room to grow with us

Recognized as Kaseya/Datto MSP of the Year 2025 and an Inc. 5000 honoree in 2026, we are growing on purpose. Growth here means more responsibility, new certifications, and a path from help desk to engineering.

How we work

The WOW Standard is the job description

Our tagline — Service Worth Talking About — is the standard, and after every ticket, project, and meeting we ask one question: would the customer tell someone about the experience? It is the standard we hire for.

It sits on top of three commitments you will make to every client you touch. If they sound like how you already like to work, we should talk.

See how we work →

  • Protect. You keep people, data, and uptime safe — patching, backups, security tooling — so the bad week never happens.
  • Empower. You give people the tools and the confidence to do their jobs — and explain things in plain English.
  • Support. You answer, you follow through, and you close the loop with the person who asked.
  • WOW. You leave every interaction better than a ticket number would.
Who we look for

The roles we hire for

Titles change; the work is steady. These are the people who make Service Worth Talking About happen.

Help desk technicians

The voice on the line and the first fix. Patient with people, curious about root causes, and clear in writing.

Systems and network engineers

Servers, networks, Microsoft 365 tenants, backup and recovery, and security tooling — designed, documented, and kept healthy.

Field technicians

On-site when it counts: new offices, hardware refreshes, network installs, and the visits that keep clients feeling looked after.

Career-changers with the instincts

Formal experience helps; troubleshooting instinct, follow-through, and how you treat people matter more. Veterans and second-career technicians are welcome.

Apply

Introduce yourself

No portal, no application system — send us an email. Tell us what you have worked on and what you want to work on next. A résumé is welcome; a good note is a fine start.

What to put in it

  • Where you are today — role, stack, and what you own.
  • What you are best at, and one problem you are proud of fixing.
  • What you want to grow into.
  • A link to your LinkedIn or résumé (or attach it).

What happens next

  1. We read it

A person, not a filter. Every note gets read by someone who does the hiring.

  2. We talk

If it looks like a fit for a role we have open or one we are planning, we set up a short phone conversation.

  3. You meet the team

A hands-on working session and time with the people you would work beside — so both sides can decide with eyes open.

NSN Management is an equal opportunity employer. We consider every candidate on their skills, character, and how they treat people.

FAQ

Careers — questions, answered

Is NSN Management hiring right now?

There are no posted openings at the moment, but we are always glad to hear from good help desk technicians, systems engineers, and field technicians in the Tulsa area. Introduce yourself by email at careers@nsnmanagement.com and we will keep in touch as roles open.

How do I apply?

Email careers@nsnmanagement.com. Tell us where you are today, what you are best at, and what you want to work on next — a résumé or LinkedIn link is welcome, but a good note is a fine start. If you are applying for a posted role, put its title in the subject line. Questions? Call 918-770-9150.

What happens after I email you?

A person reads it — not a filter. If it looks like a fit for a role we have open or one we are planning, we will reach out to set up a short conversation by phone. From there it is a hands-on session and a chance to meet the team before anyone makes a decision.

Where are NSN Management jobs located?

Our office is at 2448 E 81st Street, Ste 2775 in Tulsa, and our clients are across the Tulsa metro — Broken Arrow, Jenks, Bixby, Sand Springs, Sapulpa, and Owasso. Most roles are on-site or hybrid from Tulsa, with field visits to client offices.

What is the WOW Standard?

It is our tagline — Service Worth Talking About — treated as the standard. After every ticket, project, and meeting we ask whether the customer would tell someone about the experience. It sits on top of our three commitments — Protect, Empower, Support — and it is the standard we hire for as much as the standard we work to.

Do I need certifications to apply?

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft role-based certifications are a plus, not a gate. What we look for first is troubleshooting instinct, follow-through, clear communication, and how you treat people. We support certification as you grow.
