Fulfillment Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 4 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Physical Products:
    Orders are shipped either directly to the customer from our fulfillment partner or shipped to NSN Management's office for configuration before being sent to the customer.

    • Direct Shipments: Orders shipped directly to the customer typically ship within 24 hours of order confirmation. Please note: we do not guarantee arrival times and are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

    • Configured Shipments: Orders requiring configuration at our office may require additional handling time; we will notify you if this applies.

  • Digital Products:
    Delivery is completed via email or download link immediately after payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified.

Services (Projects)

Services are delivered as projects and are dependent on all ordered products arriving and being processed by our team. Project work will be scheduled after coordination with your Account Manager and our Service Coordinator to ensure all required equipment is available and prepared for implementation.

Cancellations

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or before digital delivery is fulfilled. To request a cancellation, please contact us at 918-770-9150 as soon as possible.

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact your Customer Success Manager so we can assist you.
